PIAA High School Outdoor Championship (Day 2)

Day 2 of the meet, there were a lot more finals to be completed. The event took place the Friday and Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Thousands of spectators came to watch the hundreds of high school students compete for the top prizes in the state.

AAA Girls Triple Jump

Ashley Corum (of Carlisle High School) won the AAA Girls Triple Jump
Megan Breski (of East Pennsboro) won the AAA Girls Pole Vault by jumping 12 feet.

Christian Kuntz (of Trinity) won the AA Boys 110 and 300 Hurdles.

Shanae Bailey (of Swenson) won the AA Girls 100 and 200 meter dashes.

AA Boys High Jump

Quintin Walker, of Bishop McDevitt, is happy once he realizes

he's won the AA Boys High Jump with a 6 ft. 6 in. jump.

AA Boys Long Jump

On the right, Bethlehem Catholic during their winning AA Boys 4x100 Relay.

Seth Grove Stadium, home of the Red Raiders, starts to empty out at the close of the meet.
