Giuseppe On the Mend

Our pit bull, Giuseppe, is seen here after we brought him home from the animal hospital. He's had a rough time the last 2 months and it's a miracle he is still alive. He has had major surgery to remove a piece of a rubber toy that he ate, got an infection after the surgery, and he lost almost 20 pounds through the process (which he has now gained back). To allow the incision on his belly to heal without him licking it, they had to put the collar (lampshade) on him for 10 days. Needless to say, he is pretty miserable. But he is too funny with it on, so here are some photos of him wearing it.
